- "Ingenieurbüro Weiß" was established in 1993
by Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Gerhard Weiß - development and manufacturing of an electronically controllable steering system for automated driving
- in 1995 reorganizing into “Weiß Elektronik und Software GmbH”
- in 2006 "Bundespreis 2006 for outstanding innovative achievements for the trade" for our LobbyBox depot system
- in 2006 "Bayerischer Energiepreis" for our concept to increase the efficiency of small hydropower plants with Francis turbine
- in 2010 expansion of our office building and move to the new
company´s building - in 2018 25th founding anniversary of the company
- in 2019 market launch of our WeMOTA control unit
- in 2023 30th founding anniversary of the company
